DAYTONA BEACH - The 2009 Rolex Champions Banquet presented by SunTrust will be held at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Fla. on Monday, October 12. Below you will find pertinent information for making hotel reservations.

Please click HERE for the reservations fax form. This form needs to be filled out and faxed to the appropriate number provided on the form. The deadline for reservations is Thursday, Sept. 17.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
-Maximum 4 people per room
-A deposit of one night's room and tax is required to hold your reservation.
-Room tax of 11% is applicable
-Check-in is after 4:00pm. Check-out is 11:00am.
-All requests are based on availability.
-AT CHECK-IN a valid credit card will be authorized for anticipated incidentals of $100 per day.
-Incidentals deposit will be credited at check-out.

Need a tuxedo? They are not required for guests attending the banquet. However, if you are in the top three in either class of either series, we request you wear one. Tuxedos will be delivered to the Bell Desk on Saturday afternoon (Oct. 10) and will be available for pickup when you arrive at the hotel. Please be sure to try on your Tuxedo on Sunday. If you have an issue - the local Men's Warehouse will be open until 6 p.m. ET on Sunday, Oct. 11.
