Biography

Allmendinger will compete in his fifth Rolex 24 At Daytona, the GRAND-AM Rolex Sports Car Series 2010 season opener, running again with Michael Shank Racing and the team’s No. 6 Ford Riley. He’ll co-drive with series regulars Brian Frisselle, Mark Patterson and Michael Valiante.

Personal

Allmendinger is the second-youngest driver to win the Formula Atlantic Championship title behind Michael Andretti. He is a two-time International Karting Federation Grand National Champion. He is married to Lynne Kushnirenko, a Canadian model and two-time Canadian national senior women's freestyle champion in baton twirling.

2009
Competed in Rolex 24 with Michael Shank Racing and led 15 laps overall before team experienced race-ending engine failure.

2008
Scored ninth-place overall finish in the Rolex 24 At Daytona with Michael Shank Racing.

2007
Finished 26th overall in Rolex 24 At Daytona and 16th in Daytona Prototype class after leading 27 laps.

2006
Finished second in only Rolex Series start, alongside Oswaldo Negri Jr., Mark Patterson and Justin Wilson in Rolex 24 At Daytona.
